What I’m up to now…
I decided to start my current and final weight loss journey on March 1st. At least it’s not a “next Monday”. I not only made it through the weekend, but I made it through PMS and a sick tot at home. I am going to lay it all out on the line here. Everything is up for discussion, and boy do I have a lot more than weight loss to get off my chest. I like to think I don’t fit into many stereotypes, but that’s me. I am a pretty smart cookie, although I have toddler brain now, so please challenge me. Make me think!
Well, back to the main issue… weight loss. I will be back tomorrow to outline days 1-4 and catch up. Basically (and I hate when people say basically) I am doing a round of P90 not x, and using my shiny new NutriBullet. Oh, eating organic until I’m too broke to buy organic for the month… and I went back Veggie, soon to be Vegan, and 50% raw. Yeah! Let’s go! I did it in ohhhhh 2007. I can do it again.
Meanwhile, here is a resource i found today on Spotify which i gank from my teen. It’s called IOWL Inside out weight loss. Renee Stephens is a cool person to listen to while driving, and gives good motivation. Google her for now, then once I learn how to do this thing, I will post a link!
